These Terms of Service govern the use of Holdify Fulfilment Ltd services, including UK market entry support, operational onboarding, documentation coordination and associated subscription services.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Holdify provides operational support services including:
onboarding coordination
label and packaging review assistance
documentation coordination
UK operational address services (where approved)
fulfilment and operational support
Amazon-related operational assistance
Services are operational in nature and do not constitute legal, regulatory or certification services.
2. No Legal or Compliance Certification
Holdify:
does not certify products
does not provide legal advice
does not guarantee regulatory compliance
does not guarantee Amazon approval
does not conduct laboratory testing
does not issue compliance certifications
All product compliance responsibilities remain with the manufacturer, brand owner, importer or seller.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide:
accurate information
complete documentation
truthful declarations
lawful products and materials
You remain fully responsible for:
product legality
product safety
regulatory obligations
marketplace compliance
intellectual property rights
4. UK Address Services
Where applicable, Holdify may provide access to a UK operational address under separate approval and agreement.
Address use:
is subject to review and approval
may be suspended or withdrawn
requires active subscription status
may not be transferred or sublicensed
does not create importer or authorised representative status unless separately agreed in writing
5. Subscription Billing
Certain services operate on recurring subscription billing.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges according to your selected plan until cancelled.
Prices:
may be subject to VAT where applicable
may be updated with notice
6. Cancellations
Subscriptions may be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation process provided within your account or by contacting us.
Cancellation does not remove responsibility for outstanding charges incurred prior to cancellation.
7. Refunds
Due to the operational and administrative nature of our services:
onboarding work
reviews
operational processing
documentation coordination
may be non-refundable once work has commenced.
Refund requests are considered at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holdify shall not be liable for:
Amazon listing suppression
marketplace enforcement actions
product recalls
regulatory penalties
lost profits
indirect or consequential losses
documentation inaccuracies supplied by customers
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service period.
9. Prohibited Products
We reserve the right to refuse services relating to:
unlawful products
dangerous goods
counterfeit goods
prohibited Amazon products
products breaching UK laws or regulations
10. Intellectual Property
All operational systems, branding, website materials and internal processes remain the property of Holdify Fulfilment Ltd.
Customers retain ownership of their submitted documentation and materials.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services where:
inaccurate information is provided
unlawful activity is suspected
documentation is incomplete
payment obligations are not met
operational risk is identified
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
